This 8-hour course will emphasize practical training and cover a wide array of topics that are relevant to Home Inspectors. Topics covered include Standards of Practice Review of Report Writing, Structural Systems, HVAC (heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems), Electrical Systems, Roofing, Plumbing Systems, and more.

This course takes the mystery out of structures, soils and foundations and present the concepts in a manner that is clear, concise, and easy to grasp for those who are not engineers but want to feel confident when they are inspecting homes. The instructor takes you through the mathematics and give you an understanding of the mechanics of structure, soils, and loads. The student will learn to understand how a foundation and structure work and how to interpret signs of deficiencies in foundations and structures and how to present that information in a meaningful way.

This 16-hour Commercial Inspections Course will provide the student with detailed information over Commercial Inspection Property Condition Assessments, which will help enable/guide the Real Estate Inspector in performing inspections. As identified by the Texas Standards of Practice, and the ASTM E2018 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments, this will provide today's inspectors with clear guidelines also aiding in limiting liability for inspections.

This course provides insight into properly inspecting/conducting a Property Condition Assessment as defined in the ASTM E2018. It will also enhance an inspector's ability to inspect Residential Properties. This course will cover the Walk-through survey, Property Condition Report (PCR), Objectives of the Property Condition Assessment (PCA), Multiple building, retail building, office building considerations, the Team Approach and Business considerations.

This course is designed to provide individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques and skills of Pool and Spa operation, including inspection techniques and processes.

This 8-hour Grounding vs Bonding Electrical Course will provide the student with detailed information over Electrical, which will help enable/guide the Real Estate Inspector in performing inspections. As identified by the Texas Standards of Practice, this will provide today's inspectors with clear guidelines also aiding in limiting liability for inspections.

Real Estate Inspection has become an important part of buying and selling Real Estate. This 8-hour advanced course in pool operations and inspections, aides the student in becoming a knowledgeable Professional Real Estate Inspector with the knowledge to perform certified pool operations and inspections.

By reviewing each detailed topic for landscape irrigation, each student will be able to gain a better understanding of what is necessary to perform a Real Estate Inspection on the Landscape Irrigation system. As identified by the minimum standards outline to provide today's inspectors with clear guidelines also aiding in limiting liability for inspectors.

The 8-hour ICE Performing Residential Building Inspections course will provide the student with detailed information over the Building portions of the (International Residential Code) which will help enable/guide the Real Estate Inspector in performing inspections. As identified by the International Residential Codes, which mirror the Texas Standards of Practice, this will provide today's inspectors with clear guidelines also aiding in limiting liability for inspections.

This 8-hour Red Flags course will provide the student with detailed information in understanding the inspection process concerning Red Flags as it pertains to the various systems in a home, based on each homes characteristics and construction techniques used at the time the home was built, which will help enable/guide the Real Estate Inspector in performing inspections. As identified in the Texas Standards of Practice, this will provide today's inspectors with clear guidelines, also aiding in limiting liability for the inspector.

Stay on top of general codes and how they have changed. Any requirement changes for inspectors will be taught in this class. This course aims to teach the student how to arrange a standard inspection report, the inspection guidelines that support each element that is to be inspected based on the Standards of Practice. Included are the general Texas codes and adopted rules.

This course aims to teach the student detailed instruction over the Standards of Practice as identified with legal standards of report writing. This course will teach students how to write a detailed inspection report and gain a better understanding of the components of the report. Required use and exceptions, allowed reproductions, allowed changes and field training are all part of this course.

The purpose of the course is to provide the student with the legal and the minimum standards required to perform Real Estate Inspections of Decks.
